We have no particular change-over day so you can arrive any day of the week.
Due to change-overs we ask guests to arrive after 14:00 hrs on day of arrival and leave the apartments in a clean condition by 10:00 hrs on day of Departure. If you wish to arrive or depart outside these times please ask us in advance, we can then advise if it is possible.
Please advise us if you want to bring a dog so we can confirm if it is possible.
To confirm a booking a 10% deposit is required for the accommodation. Once payment is received we will email you to confirm the booking.
A further £12.00 (€ 15.00) per head and a photocopy of each persons passport (photo page) is required for the fishing licences. (Photocopies may be scanned and sent by email). This ensures no delay in being able to fish.
The balance of the money should be paid into my account one month before the booking.The above may be paid for by transfer into our UK or Spanish bank account.
